Jawan Movie Review: Delivers Goosebumps and Entertainment in Equal Measures

Jawan, directed by Atlee, is a terrific mass-appealing film that combines a rooted, emotional, and inspiring script with electrifying execution. With Shah Rukh Khan in the lead, showcasing seven diverse characters, and supported by an ensemble cast, Jawan offers a delightful cinematic experience that caters to every segment of the audience.

Jawan Plot Summary:
The story revolves around SRK’s character, who plays a messiah fighting for social justice. Jawan tells the story of Vikram Rathore and his son Azad, both played by Shah Rukh Khan. Azad, a messiah, takes it upon himself to bring justice to those who have suffered at the hands of the corrupt system. From fighting against farmer’s suicides to holding the health minister accountable, Azad becomes a hero loved by the masses.

Vikram Rathore, Azad’s father, has a poignant backstory that reveals how they both become the saviors of humanity. Along the way, Azad marries Nayanthara, who is a cop. Deepika Padukone makes a cameo appearance as Azad’s mother and plays a crucial part in the film’s backstory.
