Viplav, played by Vijay Deverakonda, is a BSNL employee who falls head over heels for Aradhya, portrayed by Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Despite their families being at odds with each other, Viplav and Aradhya believe love will conquer all. However, they soon discover that their love alone may not be enough to overcome their stark differences and the challenges they face.
