This news follows the recent controversy surrounding Leo, in which popular Tamil political commentator Savukku Shankar accused Udhayanidhi Stalin of using government influence to secure lucrative deals for the movie’s producers. Shankar claimed that the Tamil Nadu government denied permission for the audio release event to be held at the Nehru stadium in exchange for distribution rights in certain regions. However, Seven Screen Studio swiftly denied these allegations and stated that the news was false.
Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by SS Lalit Kumar’s Seven Screen Studio, boasts an impressive cast including Vijay, Trisha, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, and Mysskin. The film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and it is set to release worldwide on October 19, coinciding with the Ayudha Pooja holidays.
