Aamir Khan Locks Christmas 2024 for His Next Film as He Returns from Break

Aamir Khan, one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, recently faced disappointment with his 2022 film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha‘. The film failed to impress both critics and audiences, leading Aamir to take a break before moving on to his next projects.

However, it seems like the actor is now ready to bounce back. Reports suggest that Aamir Khan has returned from his break and has already locked Christmas 2024 for his next release. The film, which is yet to be titled, will be produced under Aamir Khan Productions and will see him in the lead role.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news with a tweet that read, ‘AAMIR KHAN LOCKS CHRISTMAS 2024 FOR NEXT FILM Aamir Khan Productions’ Prod No. 16 [not titled yet], starring #AamirKhan in the lead role, to release on 20 Dec 2024 #Christmas2024 Pre-production of the film is ongoing and the film goes on floors on 20 Jan 2024. More details to follow soon.’

In addition to his acting commitments, Aamir Khan is also reportedly venturing into production. He is said to be coming on board as a producer for the Ujjwal Nikam biopic in collaboration with Dinesh Vijan. The biopic will showcase the journey of prominent Indian lawyer Ujjwal Nikam.

A source close to the development revealed, ‘Aamir was introduced to the journey of Ujjwal Nikam in the pre-pandemic times, and he has been interested in bringing it to the spectacle ever since then.’ The insider further shared, ‘There have been several drafts of scripts written by multiple producer partners, but after all the discussions, Aamir is now on the verge of locking his association with Dinesh Vijan on the Ujjwal Nikam Biopic.’
